SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
EdisonLearning
EdisonLearning is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to establish system requirements and specifications for complex projects. The selected individual will follow through the implementation process to ensure successful integration and rollout of new systems and to assess whether project objectives were met, expected benefits were realized, and to identify potential enhancements or improvements.
To qualify, you must have at least 5-8 years experience in a Business Analyst role and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Demonstrated expertise in leading and designing high-profile firm-wide initiatives in tandem with senior executives and experience with structured requirements management processes required. Experience with methodologies such as RUP, and with modeling notation such as UML, as well as experience in business process analysis and with developing improvement strategies is essential.
